We at Yabox (which as stated in the Terms of Service is operated by Acotel
Group and its affiliates)
("Yabox") know how much you value your privacy, so we make sure that your privacy is protected
any time you are using our Services. (All goods and services offered through Yabox are collectively
referred to as the "Service(s)".) Yabox (www.Yabox.com) operates its Services on the World Wide
Web. You do need to give us some personal information, so we are able to process your orders and
requests, and you can utilize our Services. However, we want you to know what information we need,
why we need it, and how we make sure that your information is protected. We want you to be able to
enjoy your Yabox experience both safely and privately.
YOUR Yabox ACCOUNT
When you sign up with Yabox, you become either a Member or Subscriber and establish a password-protected personal Account which will enable you to order Services, participate in online social networks and undertake the activities further described in the Terms of Service. (The terms "Account", "Member" and "Subscriber" are each defined in the Terms of Service.) Yabox is primarily a PAY site, i.e., Services offered by Yabox are not free. Further, the Yabox Website includes a set of multiple sites - some of which are provided through Yabox and others which are not. Please note that information you provide in an optional public profile can be viewed by anyone, and can potentially be used to contact you or send you unsolicited messages. You should not post personally identifiable information in public areas of our Website, and this policy does not cover information posted in such areas.
INFORMATION WE NEED FROM YOU
In order to establish your private Yabox Account and/or subscribe to the Services of Yabox, we need some personal information from you. This information may include contact information (such as name, email, cell phone number and address) and credit card billing information.
We may occasionally request information from users via surveys, contests or sweepstakes. Participation in these surveys, contests or sweepstakes is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, phone number, email address, and mailing address), and demographic information (such as zip code and age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use of and customer satisfaction with the Yabox Services.
As you navigate within the Yabox Website, we automatically track and collect information about your computer, PDA, telephone or other equipment that you use to access the sites. This information includes IP address, device specifications, domain server, browser specifications, and may include mobile identification number and telecommunications identifying information. As you use our Services, we may collect information about your traveling to and use of channels and other features on the Yabox Website, and also which third party websites, WAP sites, and other sites you visit. In some cases, when you purchase third party goods or services through a Yabox Website, or use promotional materials, you may be asked to provide personal information to a third party provider of the goods or services. That information is subject to the privacy policy of that provider, and the Yabox privacy policy does not apply to the collection or treatment of such information by this third party provider via the Yabox Website.
EMAILS AND SMS MESSAGES
By registering for a Yabox Account, you agree that we may send you the following types of email and SMS communications: welcome emails, our weekly newsletter, account status updates and promotional content and solicitations. You can also opt-out of specific types of email and SMS communications through your Account settings. Our Services feature the distribution of content to your personal computer, and by registering for a Yabox Account, you agree to receive email messages, including messages regarding Services you request, account status updates, and occasional email newsletters and offers. You will also have the opportunity to opt-in via registration and receive surveys and promotional content by our affiliates. You may opt out of our SMS newsletter by sending an email to support@yabox.com or calling 1 866-224-0951 or by responding to the SMS by clicking the link in the newsletter indicating that you would like to unsubscribe.
Our Website may provide you with the opportunity to refer your friends, family members or relatives to the Yabox Services. For this feature of our Website to work, we need to collect your friends and families' email addresses. The email addresses we collect in this context are not used for any other purpose other than to send a one-time referral. Should you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend using our Tell-A-Friend feature about our Website, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. Yabox stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at support@yabox.com or call 1 866-224-0951 to request that we remove this information from our database.
USE OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Yabox operates its Services on behalf of some of its customers (for example, other businesses that contract with us to sell their games or provide other related services for them). When we provide Services on behalf of such customers, we may disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) to them when you provide it to us as part of registering for those games or sites or "opting in" for promotions, programs or offerings from those customers. Our customers will use and disclose the information we provide them pursuant to their own policies regarding such information. Yabox also maintains channels and other features on Yabox's own Website in cooperation with third parties and affiliated companies (e.g., to feature the games of third parties and affiliates as well as promote other businesses and sites that are part of the Acotel Group), and we may disclose your email address, telephone number or mobile identification number, and other personally identifiable information to such third parties and/or affiliates when you provide it to us as part of subscribing to such channels or features. Yabox's customers and other third parties that we cooperate with will use and disclose the information we provide them pursuant to their own policies regarding such information. We recommend that you review those policies before providing us with personal information in connection with sites, promotions, programs or offerings from such third parties or our affiliates, and before subscribing to Services, channels or features we operate in cooperation with third parties or our affiliates. In addition, traffic data and personal data may be used by Yabox for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product development, for Website improvement, and to inform advertisers of how many visitors have seen or clicked on their advertisements or viewed their promotions. In these cases, data is maintained and reviewed on an aggregate (i.e., group) basis. We may share this information with our customers and other parties, but when we do so it does not include personally identifying information. In addition, we use traffic and personal data to customize and tailor your experience on the Yabox Website, such as to help us display content that we think you may be interested in.
CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
To update your personal information, simply sign in to the Website and go to My Account from your personal home page. You may also contact our Support team by writing support@yabox.com or calling 1 866-224-0951. You can make changes to your account information at any time.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
Yabox uses industry best practices to protect your information and your privacy. When any personal information is requested on the Website, we use SSL (a cryptographic protocol) to present secure pages to protect it.
You can tell if you are using a secure server by looking either at the bottom or top of your browser window. For example, in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome, you will see a lock icon. When the symbol is unbroken or the padlock appears to be in its closed state, the page is encrypted and therefore secure. You can click on the lock to ascertain more information concerning the type of encryption and the certificate. Another means of assessing whether a page is encrypted is to check for "https" in the prefix of the web page address. If you wish to take advantage of the latest encryption standards, be sure you have the latest version of the browser you're using. You can download the latest version from the Mozilla Firefox, Google or Microsoft websites. Beta versions of browsers are not recommended.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS OF NEW Yabox FEATURES AND SPECIAL OFFERS; REMOVAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will notify you about new features and services on Yabox and its affiliates ONLY if you request to receive this information when you register as a new user. You may subscribe or unsubscribe to this notification service either through your account profile on the Yabox Website or by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the email. You will receive confirmation of your unsubscription via email. You may also contact our Support team by writing support@yabox.com or calling 1 866-224-0951.
We may send you Website and Service announcement updates with important information about the Service. Members generally are not able to unsubscribe from Service announcements given they are not promotional in nature. However, if you do not wish to receive such Service announcements, you have the option to deactivate your account by writing support@yabox.com or calling 1 866-224-0951. You will receive confirmation of your deactivation via email. You may also contact our Support team by writing support@yabox.com or calling 1 866-224-0951.
Yabox Inc. will respond to your request to access or delete personal information within 30 days of your request.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We will not share, sell, rent or trade your personally identifiable information with third parties for promotional purposes without your consent. The personal information that you provide is an important part of our business. We are not in the business of selling this information to others. This information will only be shared with our affiliates, direct partners and agents as required.
COOKIES
Cookies are pieces of information that your browser receives from websites and stores on your computer's hard drive. Information in cookies includes preferences you select while visiting a particular website. For example, by storing cookies on your hard drive, you'll return to a specific website with the same settings you used on a previous visit. We do require cookies in order to manage and protect your Yabox session, and if you choose, to store your e-mail address (so you don't have to type it in every time you log in). If you have cookies turned off, you will not be able to access the Yabox Service. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Website. In addition, 3rd-Party tracking cookies may be used to gather analytical data as it relates to website usage and content downloads.
LOG FILES
Our servers store IP addresses for all connections to the Service. This data is analyzed in the aggregate and is not linked to your personal account.
THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
Ads that appear on our Website may be delivered to users by a number of advertising partners that may change from time to time. Information about users' visits to this Website, such as the number of times they have viewed an ad (but not user name, address, or other personally identifiable information), may be used to serve ads to users on our Website.

Yabox may, without further notice to you, disclose your traffic data and personal data to third parties when we believe such disclosure is appropriate to: protect the rights, property or safety of Yabox, the Yabox Website, our users or others; enforce our terms and conditions of usage; provide the Services you directly request from us through the Yabox Website; comply with law, a court order or other legal process; in the course of responding to any claim by a third party that you are using services provided through the Yabox Website in connection with an infringing, illegal, harmful or improper activity or that data you provided to a Yabox Website infringes rights of the third party; in response to a request for identification in connection with a claim of copyright or trademark infringement by you; and to facilitate the maintenance or hosting of the Yabox Website by an affiliate or service provider engaged to do so, subject to that party's agreement to comply with this Privacy Policy.
SHARING OF DATA WITH Yabox AFFILIATES; PURCHASE OR SALE OF BUSINESS
Yabox.com is a member of the Acotel Group which means any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, "Affiliates"). We may share some or all of your personal information with these Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. If our company or our assets are acquired by another company, that company will possess the personal information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. The provisions of this paragraph will also apply if we are sold as part of bankruptcy proceedings.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
If our privacy policy changes, those changes will be posted to this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are aware of the policy and applicable changes. The Yabox Website contains links to third party-operated websites, including third party-operated sites where you may obtain information about or purchase certain products or services. These third parties may collect personal information from you in connection with your use of such websites and products and services promoted or available on them. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any such websites. You should review any third party privacy policy or terms that govern your use of such websites or applications.
LOST OF STOLEN INFORMATION
You must notify Yabox promptly if any user name or password that you use on our Website is lost, stolen, or used without permission. Upon notice, we will cancel that user name or password and update our records accordingly.
CHILDREN
When a child who indicates that his or her age is under 13 attempts to register for any area or feature of the Yabox Website that requires a user account or password, we will disable the ability for that child to create an Account. All Members and Subscribers must be 13 or older to use our Website. By registering for a Yabox Account or providing information on other parts of the Yabox Website, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are between 13 and 17, you also represent that you have received your parent's or legal guardian's permission both to complete the registration process and to download content to your personal computer. Yabox does not knowingly collect personal information of children under 13 years of age, and if we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it. In order to become a Subscriber, it is imperative that the Subscriber be either over 18 or have the permission of his/her parent or legal guardian to sign up for a subscription. Please review carefully our Terms of Service in this regard.
US-EU Safe Harbor
Yabox Inc. complies with the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. Yabox self- certifies its compliance through Flycell, Inc. (part of the Acotel Group) under the Department of Commerce's US-EU Safe Harbor Framework: https://www.export.gov/safehrbr/list.aspx. Each year, prior to the anniversary date for self-certification, Flycell, Inc. shall undertake to review Yabox's collection, use, data retention and privacy practices along with the then current US-EU Safe Harbor requirements. If you have questions or concerns regarding Yabox's privacy policy or the US-EU Safe Harbor program, you can review Yabox's status by searching for Flycell, Inc. on the Department of Commerce site currently located at: https://www.export.gov/safehrbr/list.aspx. The Acotel Group (which includes Flycell, Inc. and other affiliated companies) owns and operates Yabox and is the sole owner of the information collected on our Websites.
