What is the cost for a Yabox subscription?
A Yabox subscription is $6.99 per month.
What is featured with a Yabox subscription?
A Yabox subscription entitles the holder to one credit per month which can be used to download a game. Credits expire monthly and do not carry over.
Can my free monthly credits add up over time?
No, the Y-Zone subscription includes: 1 free game credit only once every 30 days. All other downloads are $6.99 per game for Y-Zone subscribers. (*state sales tax may apply)
Can I buy just one game without having a subscription?
No, single object downloads are currently only available with a subscription.
What are my free trial options?
We encourage the use of our service through free trials. The trial does not require you to provide us with your credit card number. Our 10 day trial does require you to enter payment information because if you do not cancel prior to the end of the 10 day period, you will be charged for the subscription plan that you signed up for.
My trial is up. Can I get another trial of this same game?
No. Sorry. We'd like to play more for free too, but if you want to keep playing the game, you'll have to purchase the full version.
After my free trial is over, how do I sign up for a subscription?
At the end of your free trial, you will be prompted via email or when you log in, to choose a subscription plan.
I have a subscription and canceled my credit card. How can I change to another card?
Please refer to the GameManager and go to My Account and Billing info to update your credit card.
If it is a free trial, why do I have to give you a credit card?
We encourage the use of our service through free trials. Credit card numbers are needed because billing begins at the end of your free trial membership period. YOU MUST CANCEL PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR FREE TRIAL TO AVOID CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. You will NOT receive a notice that your free trial membership has ended or that payment has begun. What day will my credit card be charged each month?
Your credit card will be billed every 30 days after your original subscription.
I don't have a credit card. How else can I pay?
Currently, games can only be purchased by credit or debit card.
Can I buy a game for someone else?
No. Yabox games cannot currently be gifted to others. Games can only be downloaded and used by an accountholder on his/her PC.
My credit card was declined. What do I do?
Make sure the number you entered is correct or try a different credit card. If the problem persists, contact your credit card company.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your membership to Yabox at anytime. Cancellation is effective immediately. There is no penalty for early cancellation.
How do I cancel my subscription?

If I decide to cancel and wanted to re-subscribe, will I be charged again?
Yes. Any re-subscriptions are treated as new subscribers.
Can I still play the downloaded games should I cancel my subscription?
If you've purchased the full version of any game, it is yours to keep forever. Any games downloaded on a trial basis will expire after 20 minutes.
How many games can I download with my subscription?
You can download as many games as you like! The first one each month is FREE then only $6.99 for each additional game - a 50% savings for Y-Zone members only! (*state sales tax may apply)
Do I have to have an email address to play Yabox games?
You must have a valid email address to login and play any Yabox games, including free trials.Games & Installation
I downloaded a game and can't find it. Where did it go?
You can refer to the GameManager which is typically located on your desktop and under "My Downloads" you can find the games. Or you can go to My Computer > C:\Program Files\Yabox and look for the game executable file (i.e. GAMENAME.exe). Double click the file to install.
Why am I prompted to enter my email address more than once?
You may be prompted to enter your email more than once and must log back in to continue your game play. This is to ensure that we are protecting your personal information - because at Yabox we care about your privacy!
How can I uninstall a game from my computer?
You can refer to the GameManager and select the "Uninstall" link or by going to: Start Menu\Program files\Yabox, Select the game you would like to uninstall. You will see Uninstall option. Select uninstall option to remove game. The game will be deleted PERMANENTLY from your PC. Should you want to play the game again, you will have to purchase it again.
If I start downloading a game and change my mind, how do I cancel that game?
While downloading the game to the GameManager, end Task on Game Manager from Ctrl+Alt+Del. You'll then be prompted with a pop-up "Please wait until Game finish installing...". After that, the End Process will pop-up and clicking ok will close Yabox Game Manager.
My 20 minute trial is up. Can I get 20 more minutes on this game?

The games vary in size from 30 to 200 Megabytes
How much memory do I need?
A minimum of twice the games size in MB RAM is needed.
What if the game gives my PC a virus?
